不同收获期玉米植株剪切力及其饲料营养特性的研究

摘    要:试验以乳熟期、蜡熟期和完熟期玉米的主要营养器官为对象,通过测定植株主要营养器官(茎杆、叶片、叶鞘)的物理性状和主要营养成分含量,研究不同收获期植株剪切力和饲料营养特性的影响。结果表明,玉米叶鞘和茎秆的剪切力随着生育期的推进而增加,适口性和饲料营养特性逐渐降低。玉米植株在乳熟期和蜡熟期收获,适口性和营养成分含量最佳,同时在乳熟期收获更优于蜡熟期。

Abstract:The objectives of this study were to investigate the morphological characteristics and nutritional ingredient of maize plant in different harvest periods.The shearing force,linear density and other morphological characteristics of leaf,pericladium and stem of three repeat of maize each of 24 plants were measured,and then chemical compositions were been measured.The results showed that the feed characteristics of maize plant were declined as the experiment extend,while at the milk stage and the dough stage the were better than the physiological maturity stage,and the milk stage is the best.
