摘    要:温室环境系统是一个多变量、非线性、时变和滞后的系统,各变量之间具有耦合关系,很难建立精确数学模型。其中,温度和湿度的变化是最基本因子,对作物影响最为显著。为此,系统通过有限状态机机制,调用Lab-VIEW中PID Control Toolkit下的Fuzzy Controller子VI,采用模糊控制策略,建立模糊控制系统模型并设计模糊控制器,引入解耦参数,实现了系统温、湿度解耦控制。相对于温、湿度单独控制,系统监测精度有所提高。当温、湿度分别为27.5℃和55%时,结果表明该系统温、湿度变化超调量较小,模糊控制过程较平稳,达到了作物生长环境需求。

Abstract:It is a multivariable,non-linearity,time-variation and hysteretic system and there are coupling relations between every variable in greenhouse system,which is very difficult to establish precise mathematic model.What’s more,the changes of temperature and humidity are the most basic factor and are the most significant impact to the crops’ growing.So,with the Finite State Machine and the Fuzzy Controller VI of PID Control Toolkit,temperature and humidity decoupling control system was implemented through establishing fuzzy control model,introducing the decoupling parameters and designing fuzzy controller.The accuracy of this system was improved compared with temperature and humidity independent control system.The result showed that temperature and humidity changed in a smaller overshoot when they were 27.5℃ and 55% respectively,the fuzzy control process was relatively stable and the system got a reasonable environment for crop growth.
