| 摘 要： | 利用木霉菌Trichoderma spp.防治草坪上2种重要的土传病害--褐斑病及镰刀枯萎病.木霉菌对草坪上的植物病原真菌室内抑菌效果及木霉制剂温室和田间防效试验结果表明,在拮抗作用测定中,木霉菌对草坪镰刀枯萎病菌和立枯丝核病菌具有较强的拮抗作用,拮抗机制主要为竞争作用、重寄生作用和抗生作用;温室盆栽及田间防治试验结果表明,木霉对镰刀枯萎病的防效分别为85%和74%,木霉对立枯丝核病菌的防效分别为86%和76%,且具有防效持久、刺激植物生长的作用.

| Abstract: | The turfgrass plant diseases were controlled by the preparation of Trichoderma harzianum.Antagonistic action of the preparation to the pathogens of the turfgrass plant in vitro,and controlling effects of the preparation on these diseases in greenhouse and in the field were tested.The test in vitro showed that T.harzianum,used as a bio-control factor,had stronger antagonistic action to Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani which were the turfgrass plant pathogens respectively.The examination of antagonistic mechanism showed that hyphae of T.spp.grew quickly.The hyphae could adhere to and coil around the hyphae of the pathogen.Biological controlling effects on F.oxysporum with the preparation of T.harzianum were 85% and 74% in greenhouse and in the field respectively,and 86% and 76% on R.solani in greenhouse and in the field respectively.The preparation of T.harzianum can be used as a substitute for such chemicals.Using the preparation to control turfgrass plant diseases provides a technical safeguard for the good agricultural practice of turfgrass plants. |
