摘    要:采用仔猪36头和大鼠144只,在低硒玉米—豆饼基础日粮上,以亚硒酸钠形式添加0、0·02、0.1、0.5、2.5、12.5ppm的硒,分别测定了不同硒水平对猪、大鼠生长性能、组织硒含量和血GSH-Px活性的影响,并在此基础上对两者进行了比较。试验结果表明,高硒和低硒都能影响猪、大鼠的生长性能及各组织硒含量,大鼠的反应较敏感;猪、大鼠血GSH-Px活性的对数值在一定范围内均随饲料硒水平的增加而升高。因此认为,通过大鼠亦能迅速捕捉到猪体试验的某些结果,可作为猪模拟或预备性试验的较为敏感、经济的动物。

Abstract:Two experiments were conducted, one with 36 crossbredpigs averaging 7.65kg body weight and another with 144 female Sprague-Dawley rats averaging 42g body weight to investigate the effects ofvarious dietary selenium (Se) levels on the growth performance and Seconcentration in tissues and GSH-Px activity in blood of pigs and rats.Both were randomly allotted to six treatment groups of 6 pigs and 24rats each. They were fed corn-soybean basis diets containing 0.0185ppmSe with 0, 0.02, 0. 10, 0.50, 2.50, 12.50ppm Se supplemented as sodiumselenite. Comparison between pigs and rats indicated that rats weresimilar to pigs in response pattern except for some differences due tospecies and biological age. The results suggested that rat could be asuitable laboratory animal for preliminary and suggestive informationfor pig experiments.
