摘    要:为了探讨香菇草对Cu~(2+)胁迫的响应机制及其对Cu~(2+)的吸收特性,通过营养液盆栽试验研究了不同浓度Cu~(2+)(0,2,6,10,14mg·L~(-1))对香菇草的生长及生理特性的影响。研究结果表明:(1)随着Cu~(2+)浓度的增加,香菇草的形态变化明显,生长受到一定的抑制。(2)随着Cu~(2+)处理浓度和处理时间的增加,香菇草叶片细胞膜透性和MDA含量急剧上升。但在第21天,Cu~(2+)超过6mg·L~(-1)的浓度时,香菇草的细胞膜透性和MDA含量呈下降趋势,SOD酶活性总体上呈现升高后降低的趋势。(3)Cu~(2+)在香菇草根、茎、叶内的含量随处理浓度的增加而增加,尤其是在根中的积累量最大,处理浓度在10 mg·L~(-1)时根内含量达到最高值,几乎是茎、叶含量的20~30倍。
