灰白蜡瓣花扦插技术研究

摘    要:以灰白蜡瓣花为材料进行扦插,分别对不同激素处理、不同木质化程度的插穗、不同采穗季节、不同扦插基质进行试验。结果表明:扦插的最佳激素处理为:ABT 100μg/L,生根率为45.3%,最长平均根长为3.54 cm;不同枝条扦插的最佳插穗为一年生枝条,最高生根率为54.3%,最长平均根长为4.80 cm;在不同季节进行扦插,成活率最高的是夏季,最高生根率为43.3%,最长平均根长为2.72 cm;不同基质的扦插试验的最佳基质是河沙,最高生根率为54.6%,最长平均根长为3.95 cm。

Experiments on Seedling Cultivation of Glaucousback Winterhazel

Abstract:Experiments on seedling cultivation of Glaucousback Winterhazel were carried out with different hormone treatments,lignification degrees and date of cuttage,cutting substrates.The result showed that the best result of the cuttage could be seen by the hormone treatments of ABT 100 ug/L,with the rotting rate of 45.3% and with the longest mean root length of 3.54 cm.Compared with the others,the cuttings of the annual shoot was the best way for the cuttage with the highest rooting rate of 54.3% and the longest mean root length of 4.80 cm.The summer was the most suitable season for the cuttage in a year,the highest rooting rate reached 43.3%^0] and the longest mean root length reached 2.72 cm.The best cutting substrates was the sand with highest rooting rate of 54.6% and the longest mean root length of 3.95 cm.
