摘    要:为探究油茶对2种常见牧草的化感作用,本研究以紫花苜蓿、紫云英为受体材料,采用培养皿滤纸法,测定了不同浓度油茶鲜叶浸提液下2种牧草种子的萌发指标和幼苗生长生理指标。结果显示:油茶对2种牧草种子的萌发在总体上呈现出“低浓度促进,高浓度抑制”的效应;不同浓度的油茶鲜叶浸提液对2种牧草幼苗苗高、根长、鲜重、干重以及活力指数整体上均有一定程度的促进作用,但抑制根的增粗;油茶对紫花苜蓿幼苗的丙二醛、叶绿素a及叶绿素b含量整体上有显著促进作用,但这三个指标在紫云英中改变不显著;从化感综合指标可以得出,油茶鲜叶浸提液对紫花苜蓿和紫云英有较明显的化感促进作用。本研究为油茶与紫花苜蓿和紫云英间作方面提供了科学依据。

Abstract:In order to explore the allelopathy of Camellia oleifera to two species of forages,Medicago sativa and Astragalus sinicus were used as the recipients in this study.The seed germination indexes and seedling growth and physiological indexes of two species of forages were measured under different concentrations of fresh leaf extract of Camellia oleifera.The results showed that the germination of two forage seeds was promoted by low concentration and inhibited by high concentration extract of Camellia oleifera.Different concentrations of fresh leaf extracts of Camellia oleifera could promote the seedling height,root length,fresh weight,dry weight and vigor index of two species of forages seedlings to a certain extent as a whole,but restrain the root thickening.The MDA,chla and chlb in seedlings of Medicago sativa were inhibited by Camellia oleifera extract in generally while these three indexes in Astragalus sinicus have no obvious change.From the synthetical effect of allelopathy,it can be concluded that the fresh leaf extract of Camellia oleifera has obvious allelopathy promoting effect on Astragalus sinicus and Medicago sativa.This study provided a theoretical basis for the intercropping of Camellia oleifera with Medicago sativa and Astragalus sinicus.
