摘    要:细胞生长对于植物组织器官建成和生长发育具有重要作用。ERECTA家族参与调控植物细胞分裂和组织发育,影响植物光合作用和蒸腾效率,增加生物量,提高植物抗逆性。本研究主要对ERECTA家族功能结构域和系统进化性展开分析,系统阐述ERECTA调控植物细胞生长和光合作用的功能机制,以及参与气孔发育的调控网络,介绍ERECTA参与植物抗逆性和植物激素诱导反应的作用特点,并分析ERECTA在作物中的应用及其研究进展,展望未来ERECTA研究的主要方向及其应用策略,为作物生产潜力提升和抗逆性改良提供科学数据。

Abstract:Cell growth contributes a key r ole in architecture of plant tissues and organs,as well as growth and development.ERECTA family is involved in regulation on cell division and tissue development of plants,affecting photosynthesis and transpiration efficiency,increasing biomass and improving stress resistance of plants.In the review,we analyzed the functional structure domain and phylogeny of ERECTA family,systematically summarized the functional mechanism of ERECTA on cell growth and photosynthesis of plants,as well of the regulatory network for stomatal development,introduced the functional characteristics of ERECTA on stress resistance and plant hormones response.Meanwhile,the application and research progress of ERECTA in crops were analyzed,with visualization of the future research direction and corresponding application strategies of ERECTA,to provide scientific data for improvement of potential production and stress resistance of field crops.
