茶树密码子使用偏性分析方法及其研究进展

摘    要:茶是含有多种生物活性物质而具有抑菌、抗病毒、防癌抗癌等多种保健功效的健康饮品。近年来由于传统茶树育种与繁殖技术自身的局限性以及消费者对茶叶产品品质需求的日益提高,许多用传统茶叶技术无法解决的问题需要用到现代茶树生物技术去解决。其中,探究茶树基因密码子使用偏性对指导后续茶树研究工作,如茶树遗传转化所需的高效异源表达系统的选择及对目的基因加以修饰后提高在茶树上的转化效率有重要意义。本综述对衡量密码子使用偏性的绘图分析方法及常用参数进行介绍并概述了在茶树相关基因密码子使用偏性上的研究进展,提出茶树相关基因密码子使用偏性研究可多样化使用不同的衡量参数和分析方法以得到更加全面客观的研究结果,以及了解茶树基因密码子使用偏性以提高茶树原位转化效率将成为的新的研究方向。

Abstract:Tea is a healthy beverage which contains many bioactive substances and has many health effects, such as bacteriostasis, anti-virus, and anti-cancer. Recently, many problems that cannot be solved by traditional tea technology need to be solved by modern tea biotechnology due to the limitations of traditional tea breeding and reproduction techniques and the increasing demand of consumers for the quality of tea products. To explore the codon usage bias of tea plant to guide the subsequent research, for example, the selection of highly efficient heterologous expression system for tea plant genetic transformation and the modification of the target gene in order to improve the expression level of tea plant are of great significance. In this paper, the common parameters used to measure codon usage bias, the mapping analysis methods, and the research progress in codon usage bias of tea plant related genes were reviewed. It is suggested that the study of codon usage bias of tea plant related genes can use different measurement parameters and analysis methods in order to obtain more comprehensive and objective results.Understanding the codon bias of tea plants to improve the efficiency of in situ transformation of tea plants will become a new research direction.
