沙地云杉内生真菌拮抗菌株的筛选及鉴定

摘    要:从194株沙地云杉内生真菌中筛选出对8种植物病原物具有拮抗效果的沙地云杉内生真菌。本研究初筛采用皿内对峙法筛选,复筛采用打孔法筛选。两种方法相结合筛选出了对8种植物病原真菌具有拮抗效果的沙地云杉内生真菌。初筛后具有25株沙地云杉内生真菌对8种植物病原真菌有抑制作用。复筛后具有4株沙地云杉内生真菌对8种植物病原真菌均有抑制效果。本研究通过以上两种筛选方法筛选出具有拮抗作用的沙地云杉内生真菌,为下一步深入研究代谢产物奠定了基础。

Abstract:Endophytic fungi from the 194 strains of spruce endophytic fungi were screened for the antagonistic effects of 8 plant pathogens.The primary screening of this study was screened by the method of sputum in the dish,and the screening was screened by perforation.The combination of the two methods screened the endophytic fungus of Picea serrata which had antagonistic effects on 8 plant pathogenic fungi.After the initial screening,there were 25 strains of endophytic fungi from the spruce,which inhibited the eight plant pathogenic fungi.After rescreening,there were 4 strains of endophytic fungi from S.serrata which inhibited the pathogens of 8 plant pathogens.In this study,the above two screening methods were used to screen the endophytic fungi of sedative spruce,which laid a foundation for further study of metabolites.
