红花品种遗传多样性的SRAP分析

摘    要:利用相关序列扩增多态性SRAP(Sequence-related amplified polymorphism)技术对8份国内不同来源以及8份国外不同国家的,共计16份红花栽培种进行遗传多样性分析。选用20对多态性较高的引物组合对材料进行PCR扩增,而后进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,获得多态性条带。共获得354条清晰的条带,其中,135条为多态性条带,多态性比率为38.14%。遗传相似系数在0.3~0.9之间,平均相似系数为0.65,表明红花种内不同栽培种之间具有较高的遗传多样性和相似性。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of 16 safflower cultivars from 8 different regions in China and 8 foreign countries or regions was analyzed by SRAP.20 pairs of polymorphic primer combinations were used to amplify PCR and then polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to obtain polymorphic bands.A total of 354 distinct bands were obtained,of which 135 were polymorphic,with a polymorphic ratio of 38.14%.The genetic similarity coefficient is between 0.3 and 0.9,and the average similarity coefficient is 0.65,which indicates that there are high genetic diversity and similarity among different cultivars of Safflower.
