东方百合接种百合灰霉菌后生理生化指标分析

摘    要:为研究离体和田间检测确定的东方百合不同抗性品种接种百合灰霉菌后相关生理生化指标的变化与灰霉病抗性的关系,以高抗品种‘Sorbonne’、中抗品种‘Marco Polo’、‘Tiber’及高感品种‘Rodina’、‘Francia’为试材,人工接种百合灰霉菌后,分别测定侵染前后REC、MDA、Pro、可溶性糖含量以及SOD、POD、CAT酶活性和植物激素含量的变化。结果表明:接菌后,REC、Pro含量较接菌前下降;可溶性糖、SOD、POD含量均有不同幅度上升;同时发现测定接菌前和接菌后3 d MDA和CAT含量可作为初步鉴定高抗品种的指标。表明各抗感东方百合品种在不同时期应答百合灰霉菌胁迫的生理生化反应不同,感病与抗病品种的防御机制可能存在差异,这对百合抗灰霉病机理研究以及百合抗性品种的筛选提供了一定的科学指导。

Abstract:To study the relationship between the physiological indexes and the resistance to gray mold in different cultivars of L.oriental after inoculation with Botrytis cinerea,identified by in vitro and field test.High resistant cultivars'Sorbonne',medium resistant cultivars'Marco Polo','Tiber'and high sensitive cultivars'Rodina','Francia'were used as study materials and inoculated artificially.The contents of REC,MDA,Pro,soluble sugar,SOD,POD,CAT activity and plants hormones(ABA,GA,IAA,and ZR)were measured before and after infection.The results showed that the contents of REC and Pro decreased after inoculation,and the contents of soluble sugar,SOD and POD increased in different extent.It was also found that the content of MDA and CAT before and three days after inoculation could be used as indexs for preliminary identification of high resistant cultivar.The results showed that the physiological and biochemical responses of the resistant and sensitive L.oriental cultivars to Botrytis cinerea stress were different at different times,and the defense mechanisms of sensitive and resistant L.oriental cultivars might be different.
