PEG模拟干旱胁迫下4种葡萄生理指标的变化及其抗旱性评价

摘    要:试验以1 a生‘贝达’及‘夏黑’‘、黑巴拉多’‘、晨香’葡萄品种为试材。采用15%浓度的PEG-6000进行模拟干旱胁迫,分别在胁迫0 h (CK)、24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h对其叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase, POD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase, CAT)、脱落酸(abscisic acid, ABA)及油菜素内酯(brassinolide, BR)等进行测定,并利用隶属函数法综合评价4个葡萄品种的抗旱性。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,SOD、POD、CAT以不同的变化幅度呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,内源激素ABA呈现持续增长的趋势,内源激素BR呈现先增长后降低的趋势;同时也证明了干旱胁迫下,内源激素ABA和BR的变化趋势基本一致,是协同作用。利用隶属函数综合分析法对4种葡萄的抗旱性作出评价,得出抗旱性的顺序是:‘贝达’>‘晨香’>‘黑巴拉多’>‘夏黑’。本研究为葡萄抗旱性品种的选择提供理论依据,对葡萄在内蒙古西部地区的生产应用以及抵抗干旱逆境有着比较重要的意义。

Abstract:The experiment used annual‘Baida',‘XiaHei',‘Heibaladuo'and‘Chenxiang'grape varieties as materials.PEG-6000 at 15%concentration was used to simulate drought stress,and grape leaves was used to measure the superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),abscisic acid(ABA)and brassinolide(BR)on the stress time 0h(CK),24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h.And used subordinate function values to evaluate the drought resistance of four grape varieties.The results showed that:with the deepening of drought stress,SOD,POD and CAT showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with different change ranges,endogenous hormone ABA showed a sustained growth trend,and endogenous hormone BR increased first and then decreased;at the same time,it was also proved that the change trend of endogenous hormones ABA and BR was basically the same under drought stress,which was a synergistic effect.And used subordinate function values to evaluate the drought resistance of four grape varieties,the order of drought resistance was:‘Beida’>‘Chenxiang’>‘Heibaladuo’>‘Xiahei’.This study provided theoretical basis for the selection of grape varieties with drought resistance,and it is of great significance to the production and application of grapes in western Inner Mongolia and to the resistance to drought adversity.
