| 摘 要： | 【目的】西方蜜蜂种质(遗传)多样性减少可能是蜜蜂消失的一个原因,蜜蜂消失的流行趋势最终波及到当地土生土长的西方蜜蜂。【方法】对西方蜜蜂进行传统形态测定分析、生态地理学分析、蛋白质多态性分析、DNA多态性分析以及其它特征变量分析是研究西方蜜蜂种质多样性的主要方法。【结果】西方蜜蜂种质资源信息数据的建立和完善,西方蜜蜂亚种和(或)地理类型的保护和繁育以及西方蜜蜂的优良性状选择和良种选育是研究西方蜜蜂种质多样性的重要内容。【结论】有关西方蜜蜂种质多样性的报道构成了目前蜜蜂学科的一个研究热点。
