| 摘 要： | 通过分析福建省冬季气温、降水和日照等农业气象条件表明,2006-2007年福建省是个暖冬年,有近一半的县市达到了异常偏高的标准,其他县市则是偏高;大部分县市最低气温和降水量正常;日照时数则全部正常。本文还分析了农业气候条件对农业冬季作物生长、暴雨灾害、病虫害和冻害的影响及相关灾害防御对策。

| Abstract: | The temperature(mean and low),precipitation and sunlight of 2006-2007 winter in Fujian Province have been analyzed,the conclusions were as follows: there was a warm winter in this year because all of the cities that were observed were higher than normal year in mean temperature;the low temperature and precipitation of most cities were normal,the sunlight of all were normal.And the effects of climate on agricultural production such as the growth of crop,rainstorm,plant diseases and insect pests,freezing have been analyzed. |
