| 摘 要： | 目前,呼和浩特作为首府城市经济发展迅速,房地产业更是以前所未有的速度和规模向前发展。本文作者以近几年呼和浩特市城区房地产市场价格资料为依据,分析了目前呼和浩特市城区住宅房地产价格结构,并探讨目前呼和浩特市城区近两年住宅房地产市场价格上涨原因。

| Abstract: | Currently,Hohhot as the capital,its economy is developing fast,the Real Estate is developing forward at such a unprecedened speed and scale.Based on the information on market-orriented price about Real Estate in Hohhot,the price structure of the urban Real Estate in Hohhot in the years nearby was analyzed,and the reasons for the upward trend of price over the last two years were discussed. |
