| 摘 要： | 为筛选微小牛蜱的高毒力菌株,采用浸渍法测定了8株绿僵菌对微小牛蜱饱血雌蜱的存活指数.结果显示,菌株MaAT.4对微小牛蜱饱血雌蜱的毒力最强,其孢子悬浮液推荐杀蜱浓度为1×10~8个·mL~(-1).

| Abstract: | In order to screening strain of Metarhizium anisopliae with high virulence to Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus,the survival index of eight strains of Metarhizitun waisopliae was evaluated by the method about dipping.The strain of MaAT.4 showed high virulence to Boophilus microplus.The best spore concentration ration for Metarhizium anisopliae to control Boophihts microplus Wag 1×10~8·mL~(-1). |
