摘    要:利用一种简便、快速的PAGE/银染方法检测了异源四倍体棉花栽培种陆地棉与海岛棉之间的微卫星多态性,并检测到了微卫星在陆地棉品种间的多态及微卫星标记位点在陆地棉品种间的复等位性。

Abstract:Polymorphism of microsatellite markers between cultivars of allotetraploid cotton species (Gossypium hirsutum L. ) and the seaisland cotton (G. babardense L. ) was screened using a rapid and simple method of PAGE/silver staining. The polymorphic and multiallelic character of microsatellite markers among upland cotton cultivars were identified as well.
