pH值对茶树生理活动的影响

摘    要:水培试验结果表明,硝态氮源茶树的适宜pH值为4.5—6.0,最适pH值为6.0;氨态氮源茶树的适宜pH值为4.5—6.5,最适pH值为5.5。硝态氮茶苗比氨态氮生长好,但叶色发黄。在适宜pH范围内,茶树对氮磷钾的吸收量多,水分代谢旺盛,光合效率高,呼吸作用随pH升高而增强;在适宜pH范围外,茶树的生理活动明显受到抑制,生长不良和伤害致死。在水培过程中,溶液的pH不断向酸性方向变化,表现了茶树的喜酸性特性,但在适宜pH范围内向酸性变化小,范围外变化大,氨态氮源较硝态氮源变化大。

Effect of pH on the Physiological Acativity of Tea Plants
Abstract:The results of the water culture of tea seedlings showed that pH 4.5—6.0 was suitable and pH 6.0 was optimal with NO_3~--N, and pH 4.5—6.5 was suitable and pH 5.5 was optimal with NH_4~+-N.According to the growth vigor of the seedlings,NO_3~--N was better than NH_4~+-N. Within the suitable pH range, the amounts of N,P and K taken by the seedlings were increased,the acativity of water metablism and the photosynthatic efficiency were vigorous,and the respiration was increased with the increasing of the pH. Beyond the suitable pH range, the physiological acativity of the seedlings were notably inhibited,and the seedlings grew weakly or even died.The culture solution was increasingly acified,this therefore indicated the "acid-loving"behaviour of tea plants。The acification of the solution beyond the suitable pH was heavier than that of the solution within the suitable pH,and the acification of the solution with NH_4~+-N was heavier than that of the solution with NO_3~--N。
