摘    要:桂引5号是广西甘蔗研究所于1998年12月从巴西引进,经过5年严格系统试验选育而成的新品种。该品种在广西3年区域试验结果表明,平均公顷产蔗量:新植为114.43t,宿根为105.40t,新植宿根平均为109.92t,比对照桂糖11号分别增产21.4%、36.7%、28.3%。新植平均、宿根平均、新植与宿根平均蔗糖分分别为14.76%、15.35%、15.06%,比桂糖11号的分别提高0.43、0.84、0.63个百分点。公顷含糖量:新植平均、宿根平均、新植与宿根平均依次为16.89t、16.18t、16.55t,比桂糖11号的分别增产25.0%、44.6%、33.9%。3年15个点次氮肥控制试验、固氮细菌分离试验及固氮酶活性试验结果均证明该品种具有生物固氮性能。在生产上使用该品种,可比常规品种施氮节省氮肥50%以上。

Abstract:GuiYin5 was introduced by GXSCRI from Brazil in December 1998. It had been bred strictly and systematically for 5 years in Guangxi. The results of 3 years district experiment showed that the average cane yield of GuiYin5 for plant crop was 114.43 t/ha, higher than that of GT11 by 21.4%; for ratoon crop was 105.40 t/ha, higher than that of GT11 by 36.7%; the average of planting and ratoon(PR) was 109.92 t/ha, higher than that of GT11 by 28.3%. Moreover, For the sugar content of GuiYin5,the mean of planting,ratoon and PR was 14.76%, 15.35% and 15.06%, higher than that of GT11 by 0.43, 0.84 and 0.63 percent point, respectively. For the sugar yield per hectare of GuiYin5: the average of new plant was 16.89 tons, higher than that of GT11 by 25.0%, the average of ratoon was 16.18 tons, higher than that of GT11 by 44.6%, the average of PR was 16.55 tons, higher than that of GT11 by 33.9%. Furthermore, The results of 15 experiments of nitrogen fertilizer controlling, nitrogen fixation bacteria separation and nitrogenase activity test indicated that it had the function of the biological nitrogen fixation. Applying the variety in the production, the nitrogen fertilizer cane be saved by 50% or more,in comparison with habitual regulations.
