| 摘 要： | 采用无纺布轻基质育苗和优良家系选择试验,结果表明:容器规格和缓释肥施入量对闽楠苗期生长性状有显著的影响,而基质成分和配比对闽楠苗期生长影响不显著。不同处理对闽楠苗期生长影响显著,容器规格10cm、基质成分和配比以泥炭∶珍珠岩=7∶3、缓释肥施入量2.5kg.m-3时效果最佳,平均苗高和地径分别为26.2cm和3.02mm。闽楠不同家系间苗高、地径和分枝数等性状差异极显著,苗高和地径等生长性状受中等以上遗传控制。根据苗高和地径,从35个闽楠家系中综合选择出7个优良家系。
