不同氮源和打顶方式对烤烟质体色素及降解产物的影响

摘    要:通过田间试验研究不同氮源和打顶方式对烤烟质体色素及降解产物的影响、质体色素与其降解产物关系。结果表明,T1t2处理可有效提高烤烟中上部叶中的总类胡萝卜素含量,同时也可降低叶绿素含量,使总类胡萝卜素与叶绿素保持适宜的比例;在新植二烯、类胡萝卜素降解产物含量和质体色素降解产物总量方面,中部叶T1t2处理三者含量均最高;上部叶T2t2处理新植二烯和质体色素降解产物二者含量最高,T1t2次之,T1t2处理中类胡萝卜素降解产物含量最高;质体色素与其降解产物的相关分析表明,烤后样品中叶绿素含量保持在相对较低的水平,而类胡萝卜素含量保持在相对较高的水平,烤烟中的质体色素降解产物总量相对较高,烤烟品质较好。因此,T1t2处理对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物的含量影响最大,尤其是中部叶。

Abstract:Study on effects of nitrogen sources and topping ways on plastid pigments and its degrading products and their relations in flue-cured tobacco were investigated with field experiments.The results showed that,the treatment of T1t2 which combined nitrate(T1) as nitrogen source with normal topping(t2) increased the content of carotenoids effectively,declined the content of chlorophyll and maintained the ratio of the carotenoids and chlorophyll suitable in the upper leaves and cutters leaves of flue-cured tobacco.For the neophytadiene,carotenoids,chromoplast pigments and degradation products,the content was the highest in the treatment T1t2 in middle leaves,in the upper leaves,the content of neophytadiene and chromoplast pigments and degradation products of T2t2 was the highest,T1t2 was the second,and the content of carotenoids was the highest in the treatment T1t2.The correlation between plastid pigments and its degrading products showed that when the content of chlorophyll was lower,and the content of carotenoids was higher,the content of total degrading products of plastid pigments was higher.Therefore,the treatment of T1t2 has the biggest effect on plastid pigments and its degrading products,especially on middle leaves.
