| 摘 要： | 按照《中华人民共和国水土保持法》及配套法律、法规、规定以及国家对水土保持、环境保护的总体要求,查阅工程监理报告、监测报告、现场抽样调查以及与监测部门、当地水利部门座谈等途径,对该工程水土保持效果进行了评估。结果表明:在水土流失治理方面,治理面积1 547.9hm2,项目区平均扰动土地治理率为99.60%,完成水土流失治理面积594.0hm2,平均水土流失总治理度为98.90%,土壤流失控制比为1.09～1.28,拦渣率为99.68%。生态环境和土地生产力恢复方面,植被恢复系数达到95.90%,成活率和保存率均达95%以上,植被盖度明显增加,公路建设中实现了物种多样性,植被的自然恢复达到预期的目标。公众满意程度好。
