有机茶生产技术规程

摘    要:从基地选择与规划、茶园开辟与建设、土壤管理与施肥、病虫害测报与控制、茶树修剪与茶叶采摘、加工环境与加工工艺等8个方面对有机茶生产过程的关键技术及其监控点进行规程化概述,为有机茶的降本增效与成功开发提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The paper summarized the key technologies and its monitoring points for the production of organic tea from the following eight aspects: selection and planning of base,development and construction of tea garden,soil management and fertilization,forecast and control of disease and insect pest,pruning of tea tree and picking of tea,processing environment and technology.
