| 摘 要： | 退牧还草工程是继退耕还林还草政策之后,国家在生态环境建设方面出台的又一重大战略举措。通过对内蒙古翁牛特旗退牧还草项目实施的实证分析,探讨建立与完善退牧还草地区生态补偿机制的途径与措施。

| Abstract: | The grazing forbidden policy to be implemented in 11 provinces of western regions is another important policy on ecological compensation enacted by our government.The research used questionnaires and follow-up interviews and conducted investigations in WenNiuTe county to do some research on the ecological compensation of grazing forbidden,then analyzed some measures to establish and fulfill the ecological compensation mechanism in grazing forbidden areas. |
