| 摘 要： | 板栗和锥栗是壳斗科栗属中的两个不同物种,是我国重要的木本粮食植物。研究它们的染色体组型,对于研究栗属的起源、系统发育,分类以及杂交育种都有重大意义。目前国内有关锥栗的染色体组型尚未见到报道。

KARYOTYPE ANALYSIS IN CASTANEA MOLLISSIMA BL.AND CASTANEA HENRY I (SKAN) REHD. ET. WILS. |

| Abstract: | . The karyotype of Castanea mollissima B1. and Castanea henryi (Skan) Rehd. et Wils was studied, using theer root tip as test material. Results obta-ined from the study show that the karyotype of C. henryi is similar to that of C. mollissima. According to Levan's classification, the karyotype formula for both C. henryi and C. mollissima is k(2n) = 24 = 8sm +16m,and there are two additional B-chromosomes. Bus the ratio of long arm to short arm of some chromosomes is quite different, and genetic variation exists.Therefore it is confirmed that they are closely related species. |
