古树土壤酶活性与土壤肥力的关系

摘    要:目的]研究古树生长点的土壤酶活性与土壤肥力的关系。方法]通过对上海地区古银杏、古香樟土壤酶活性与土壤肥力的关系研究,探讨在上海地区利用土壤酶活性作为评价土壤肥力指标的可行性。结果]有机质、全氮、速效氮、全磷、脲酶之间的相关性均达显著水平。土壤过氧化氢酶与全磷呈极显著正相关,蛋白酶与全氮、全磷、全钾的相关性达显著水平。脲酶与土壤速效氮、有机质呈极显著正相关,与速效磷和速效钾相关性也达显著水平。结论]鉴于脲酶与土壤有机质、水解氮、速效磷、速效钾关系密切,建议用脲酶作为评价土壤肥力的指标之一。

The Relationship between Soil Enzyme Activity and Soil Fertility in Ancient Tree
Abstract:Objective]To study the relationship between soil enzyme activity and soil fertility in ancient tree.Method]Through the study on the relationship between the soil enzyme activity and soil fertility of ancient Ginkgo biloba and camphor in Shanghai,the feasibility of using soil enzyme activity in Shanghai to evaluate soil fertility was discussed.Result]The correlation between organic matter,total nitrogen,available nitro-gen,total phosphorus and urease was significant.The catalase in soil showed a significant positive correlation with total phosphorus,and the cor-relation between protease and total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium was significant.The urease was significantly positively correla-ted with the soil available nitrogen and organic matter,and the correlation with available phosphorus and available potassium was also significant. Conclusion]In view of the close relationship between urease and soil organic matter, hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium,urease was recommended as one of soil fertility indexes.
