食品专业现代仪器分析理论课范例教学效果的评价与思考

摘    要:为提高教学质量,激发食品专业学生对仪器分析课程学习的积极性,探讨了研究型范例教学对该课程教学效果的影响。教学改革过程中,在授课内容上,改变原来过多陈述性、单纯的原理和数据分析部分的内容,而将仪器结构、原理融入到一系列当前广泛应用于食品质量、食品安全检测的典型仪器、典型研究案例中;教学方法上,结合主题教学法,以典型范例或研究案例设计探究性课堂教学,采用互动式讨论等多种方法帮助学生增强对课程内容的理解和掌握,全面培养学生的创新能力。教学实践表明,研究型范例教学有效提高了学生的学习兴趣,收到了较好的教学效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of teaching and stimulate the enthusiasm of students in the course of instrumental analysis,we dis-cussed the influence of teaching of research paradigm on the teaching effect of the course.The teaching content including the original declara-tive, excessive principle and data analysis was changed.The structure and principle of the instrument were integrated into a series of typical instruments which were widely used in food quality and food safety testing.Combining the theme teaching method with typical examples or case studies,interactive discussions were used to help students enhance the understanding and mastery of the course content to cultivate students'in-novation ability.The teaching practice shows that the research paradigm teaching greatly improves the students'interest in learning and obtains better teaching effect.
