凉山州麻疯树天然群体种子性状多样性研究

摘    要:为揭示凉山彝族自治州麻疯树现有天然群体种子的表型变异程度和变异规律,采用巢式方差分析、聚类分析、变异系数等方法,对该地区麻疯树天然分布区具有代表性的12个天然群体的种子性状进行比较分析。结果表明:该地区麻疯树种子表型性状在群体间和群体内均存在丰富的遗传变异;群体间表型分化系数的变幅为39.71%~52.79%,均值为46.58%,群体间变异(46.58%)小于群体内(53.42%);红旗外群体的平均变异系数较大,为18.64%;雷波群体平均变异系数较小,为4.51%;红旗外群体的重复力低于平均值,而雷波群体的重复力高于平均值,变异系数分析和重复力分析结果均显示,红旗外群体表型性状丰富,而雷渡群体表型性状不丰富。利用群体间欧氏距离进行UPGMA聚类分析,凉山州地区麻疯树天然群体可分为4类。

Abstract:A comparative study was conducted by means of nested variance analysis, cluster analysis, variant coefficient analysis on seed properties of 12 natural populations of Jatropha curcas collected in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture to reveal the phenotypie variability and variation rule in this area. The results showed that there was rich variation with phenotypic characteristics both within and among the populations of J. curcas in this area. The range of phenotypic differentiation coefficient among populations was 39.71% -52.79%, and the average value was 46.58%. The variation among populations was 46.58% , which was less than the variation value 53.42% within populations. The variation coefficient of the Hongqiwai population was 18.64%, which was larger than that of the Leibo population with 4.51%. The variation repeatability of the Hongqiwai populations was lower than the average value, whereas the variation repeatability of Leibo population was greater than the average value. The results from both of the variation coefficient analysis and repeatability analysis demonstrated that the Hongqiwai populations had high phenotypic diversity than the Leibo population. The 12 J. curcas populations in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture could be divided into four groups according to the cluster analysis result.
