摘    要:为筛选出适合番茄幼苗生长的育苗基质配方,在棉花秸秆中分别添加尿素、磷酸二铵和自来水进行堆沤发酵,研究以腐熟的棉花秸秆为主要成分的不同配比基质在番茄育苗上的应用效果。试验结果表明,以棉花秸秆(添加磷酸二铵):蛭石:草炭=2:1:1作育苗基质,番茄幼苗理化性质及出苗率、植株长势、壮苗指数、叶绿素含量等方面明显优于其他配比基质,只添加尿素的纯棉花秸秆育苗效果最差。

Abstract:To screen out suitable seedling substrate formula for the growth of tomato seedlings, in this experiment, we added different amounts of urea, diammonium phosphate (DAP) and water into the main material cotton straw and then made the materials fermented together. The results showed that, the substrate formula cotton straw (adding 3% DAP):vermiculite:peat=2:1:1 had better physicochemical property, and the tomato seedlings cultivated on it grew better, and had higher emergence rate, strong seedling index and chlorophyll content than those of other tested substrate formulae, but the substrate formula only adding urea into cotton straw had the worst physicochemical property and seedling-raising effect in all tested substrate formulae.
