| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍的职业化建设是做好当代大学生思想政治教育的要求,也是高校辅导员队伍建设的必然趋势。本文就辅导员队伍的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一些关于高校辅导员职业化的的初步设想。

| Abstract: | The professional constraction of counsellar gruop in the institutions of higher learing is the requirements of doing well ideological and political education of contemiorary college students,is the inevitable trend of the construction of college counselor group.This article analyzed the status of counselor group and its problems,and proposed some preliminary assumptions about professional construction of the counselor. |
