紫薇杂交亲和性和杂交优势的早期选择

摘    要:研究了紫薇杂交亲和性及杂种优势在种实性状上的表现,结果表明:不同杂交系统间及同一种源内不同杂交组合亲和力不同,授粉结实率应作为亲本选择的重要依据,其中以杂种紫薇做母本、保康紫薇做父本的杂交系统以及杂种紫薇内个体间的杂交具有较高的亲和性,在杂交制种时可加以利用;正反交具有不同亲和性,在杂交时应合理选择父母本;与杂种紫薇和四川紫薇杂交系统(M×S)及杂种紫薇种源内杂交(M×M)相比,杂种紫薇和保康紫薇杂交系统(M×B)平均发芽率提高20%~45%,平均发芽势提高44%~226%,这些都可以看做杂交优势的早期表现形式。

Abstract:The cross-compatibility and heterosis for seed-traits in Lagerstroemia indica were studied.The results were as follows.Firstly,the cross-compatibility was obviously different among species,individuals in the same species,mating systems and cross in mating systems.So the cross-compatibility should be considered in parent selection of cross breeding.The two cross systems of M×B and M×M had higher cross-compatibility,which could be used in hybrid production.In addition,reciprocal cross had different cross-compatibility,so it was important to select suitable parents in hybrid production.Secondly,compared with the germination rate of the mating systems of M×S and M×M,the average germination rate of the mating system of M×B increased by 20%-45%,while the average germinating energy increased by 44%-226%.These phenomena could be considered as early manifestation caused by self-depressing.
