| Abstract: | The important role of state-owned nursery was briefed in this paper.Through investigation down to grassroots level,the existing problems of state-owned nursery were summarized and effective solutions that we should intensify reform and scientific development were put forward.This would provide guidance for the development of state-owned nursery. |
