| 摘 要： | 基于对地方高校园林专业现状的分析,对园林专业人才培养模式进行改革,通过采取加强师资队伍建设,构建合理的课程体系,完成实验课、教学实习的第一个循环以及校外三结合基地实习、参与教师科研的第二个循环等措施强化实践性教学环节,构建了适应社会发展需求的园林专业创新人才培养模式,使学生考研率、第一志愿录取率、毕业生一次签约率逐年攀升,就业率达100%。
