| 摘 要： | 新课程标准的发布有利于中学英语教学质量的提高,增加了素质教育的含量。但要使新课程标准真正落到实处,还需要很多工作,其中很重要的一个方面就是新课程标准下教师在英语教学中的角色转变的问题。在新课程课程下教师角色的转变应表现在:教师应是学生情感的支持者;从语言知识的传授者转换成语言技能的培养者和文化传播者;从学生成长的监督者转化成学生发展的促进者;从教学中的"执行者"向"建设者和开发者"转变。

| Abstract: | The publishing of new curriculum standard is favorable to improve teaching quality of English in middle school and increase contents of quality education.In order to implement new curriculum standard practically,we need to do a lot of work,an important aspect is the role change of teacher in English teaching under new curriculum standard.This change should show that teacher is the supporter of emotion for students,the teachers' roles are changed from linguistic knowledge instructors to culturist of linguistic skill and culture disseminator,from supervisor of student growth to promoter of student development,and from executor of teaching to constructor and developer. |
