摘    要:目的]为养殖生产中杀虫剂和杀菌药物的安全使用提供依据。方法]采用换水式渔药毒性试验方法,研究溴氯海因等5种常用药物对克氏原螯虾成虾的急性毒性作用,求出相应的半致死浓度(TLM)和安全浓度(SC)。结果]溴氯海因、三氯异氰脲酸、高锰酸钾、硫酸铜和二氧化氯对克氏原螯虾成虾24 h的TLM24值分别为35.76、155.88、45.58、132.45、565.00 mg/L;48 hTLM48值分别为20.28、94.76、27.54、75.25、313.31 mg/L;96 h的TLM96值分别为12.54、71.49、12.89、37.07、175.91 mg/L。5种药物的SC分别为1.96、10.51、2.65、12.82、28.95 mg/L。克氏原螯虾对5种水产药物的敏感性依次为:溴氯海因〉高锰酸钾〉三氯异氰脲酸〉硫酸铜〉二氧化氯。其中二氧化氯、硫酸铜、三氯异氰尿酸和溴氯海因可安全使用;高锰酸钾可用于成虾的泼酒消毒,药浴时浓度须低于常规用量,应根据虾规格大小调整使用浓度。结论]克氏原螯虾对二氧化氯的耐受性最强,其次是三氯异氰脲酸和硫酸铜,而对溴氯海因、敌百虫、克虫威和敌杀死的SC要低得多,生产中需谨慎使用。

Research on the Acute Effect of 5 Kinds of Fishery Drugs on Procambarus shrimp

Abstract:Objective] The basis of the safe use of pesticide and bactericide in the aquaculture production was provided through the experiment.Method] The experimental method of the toxicity-testing of drug in the water-changing type of fishery was conducted and the acute toxicity of 5 kinds of normal drugs such as the bromine chloride to Procambarus shrimp was analyzed.The lethal concentration(TLM) and the safe concentration(SC) of the corresponding drugs were calculated.Results] The TLM24 of the bromochloromethane Hein,Trichloroisocyanuric acid,potassium permanganate,copper sulfate and chlorine dioxide to Procambarus shrimp in 24 hours was 35.76,155.88,45.58,132.45 and 565.00 mg/L;in 48 hours,20.28,94.76,27.54,75.25 and 313.31 mg/L;and in 96 hours,12.54,71.49,12.89,37.07 and 175.91 mg/L,respectively.The value of SC of 5 drugs was 1.96,10.51,2.65,12.82 and 28.95 mg/L.The sensitivity of 5 kinds of aquaculture drugs: bromochloromethane Hein,Trichloroisocyanuric acid,potassium permanganate,copper sulfate and chlorine dioxide to Procambarus shrimp was as follows: Bromine chlorine Hydantoin > potassium > Trichloroisocyanuric acid > sulfate > chlorine dioxide,among which,the chlorine dioxide,copper sulfate,trichloroisocynurate chlorine and bromochloromethane Hein could be safely used;the potassium permanganate could be used to spray for the disinfection of adult shrimp,which dosage should be below the normal amount and concentration must be adjusted according to the size of shrimp.Conclusion] The Procambarus shrimp had the strongest tolerance to chlorine dioxide,then,to Trichloroisocyanuric acid and copper sulfate.However,the concentration of SC such as bromochloromethane Hein and other pesticides was very low,thus,it should be careful to use them in the production if required.
