摘    要:沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mongolicus.(Maxim)Cheng.f)为我国西北荒漠区唯一的常绿灌木,具有极强的抗性。本文对低温、干旱和盐胁迫下沙冬青幼苗中脯氨酸积累的变化进行研究,以期探讨不同胁迫下脯氨酸累积的共性和特异性,为进一步探讨逆境下脯氨酸积累的生理意义提供参考。

Abstract:As the unique evergreen shrub in the desert of Northwest of China,Ammopiptanthus mongolicus has strong resistant capability.The effects of chilling,drought and salt stress on proline accumulation in seedlings of Ammopip- tanthus mongolicus were studied to discuss the commonness and differences of these stresses,to further explore the physiological significance of proline accumulation under the adversities.
