| 摘 要： | 介绍了曲轴强度研究的几种简化模型 ,着重分析讨论了有限元技术在曲轴强度研究中的应用 ,提出规范化曲轴有限元分析模型的论点 ;论述了提高曲轴疲劳寿命的 3种途径 ,指出进行曲轴滚压强化关键工艺参数设计理论的研究是当务之急。

Crankshaft strength and fatigue life |

| Abstract: | Several simplified models applied in the research on crankshaft strength are introduced and the application of the FEM into the research on crankshaft strength is analyzed and discussed in chief. This paper also provides the viewpoint of (regulation) of the crankshaft FEA models. Three ways are provided to improve crankshaft fatigue life. It is pointed out that the urgent task is to carrying out the research on design theory of the key parameters in crankshaft rolling process. |
