| 摘 要： | 如何组织好金工实训是近年来机械制造类高职高专院校实训教学中探讨的热点。结合多年实训教学实践和探索的经验,提出"教学方法系统化、实训过程企业化、日常管理科学化、能力培养目标化和成绩评定综合化"的"五化"教学改革模式,以化解教学中的难点、突出重点,培养学生实践操作能力、创新能力和提高实训教学质量,使理论教学与实训教学实现有机结合,为培养优秀的"银领"人才奠定基础。
