| 摘 要： | 利用格网抽样技术和重点抽样相结合的混合随机抽样技术结合全球定位系统(GPS)采集了成都市郊区27个样点的耕作层土样,用常规方法对其芽孢杆菌进行分离、计数,分析了芽孢杆菌在拮抗病原菌方面的潜在能力及其空间分布情况。从27个土样中共分离出333个菌株,对立枯丝核菌、果腐刺盘孢菌和新月弯孢菌之一具有拮抗作用的菌株共85株,其中拮抗效果好的有26株,拮抗3种病原菌的效果依次为新月弯孢菌、果腐刺盘孢菌和立枯丝核菌。效果较好的拮抗菌株主要归属于B.licheniformis、B.subtilis和B.megaterium。拮抗菌数量空间分布以成都市郊区中部地区较高,四周较低,其低值区在西北方向即郫县-金牛区一带和东南龙泉驿局部地区,高值区分布于新津和新都的局部地区。 |

A Study on the Biocontrol Potential of Bacillus spp. to Pathogens in the Soil of Chengdu Suburbs |

| Abstract: | 27 soil samples located by GPS(Global Position System) were collected at 0～20 cm depth by the approaches of grid and stratum sampling in Chengdu suburb.Bacillus spp.were isolated and identified by traditional methods.The biocontrol potential of Bacillus strains to pathogens was analyzed.And spatial variability of antagonistic Bacillus was also performed by the software ArcGIS 9.0 combined with geographic information system(GIS).Of 333 Bacillus isolated strains,85 ones showed antagonistic effect on one of Rhizoctonia solani,Colltotrichum coccodes and Curvularial lunata,and 26 ones displayed good antagonistic ability against these pathogens.Identification results showed that the antagonistic strains mainly belonged to B.licheniformis,B.subtilis and B.megaterium,and they had the biocontrol potentials to pathogens of Curvularial lunata,Colltotrichum coccodes and Rhizoctonia solani,respectively.The spatial distribution of antagonists mainly exhibited as strip zonal patterns.The content of antagonistic Bacillus decreased gradually from inner toward outside in Chengdu suburb.The regions with low content were mainly distributed in Pixian and Jinniu counties as well as a part of Longquanyi district;however,those with high content were mainly located in parts of Xinjin and Xindu counties. |
