| 摘 要： | <正>甘薯杆状DNA病毒B(Sweetpotato badnavirus B,SPBV-B)是花椰菜花叶病毒科杆状DNA病毒属Badnavirus的一个暂定种。Badnavirus病毒粒体为杆状,主要分布在热带和亚热带地区,由带毒寄主植物的无性繁殖材料传播,传毒昆虫介体主要是粉蚧(洪健等,2001)。Kreuze et al.(2009)利用小RNA深度测序法获得了SPBV-B的基因组全序列,全长为7 991 bp,含5个ORFs。目前,我国尚未见有关
