摘    要:应用试管稀释法和平板培养法,用临床分离得到的猪源金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、链球菌对海正药业生产的菌乐进行了最小抑菌浓度测定。结果显示,菌乐对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为2.5μg·mL-1×2=5μg·mL-1;对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为5μg·mL-1×8=40μg·mL-1;对链球菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.05μg·mL-1×60=3μg·mL-1。

Abstract:Using the tube dilution method and plate culture method, pigs aurous staphylococcus, escheriehia coli and streptococcus by the clinical isolates were determined the minimum inhibitory concentration to Junle of Haizheng pharmaceutical production. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of Junle to aurous staphylococcus was 2.5×2=5 μg· mL^-1, escherichia coli 5 μg·mL^-1×8=40 μg·mL^-1 and streptococcus 0.05 μg·mL^-1×60=3 μg·mL^-1.
