小麦种子萌发期抗早衰鉴定指标的初步研究

摘    要:为了探索小麦抗早衰性的早期鉴定指标,采用种子萌发试验比较了不同抗早衰类型的33个小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品种(系)萌发种子的芽长、胚芽鞘长、主胚根长、种子根数、根系活力、种子贮藏物质转运率、总鲜重、总干重、根芽干重、干物质含量等指标与抗早衰性之间的关系。结果表明,萌发种子的芽长、胚芽鞘长、主胚根长、种子根数、根系活力、总鲜重及根芽干重等7项指标均与小麦抗早衰性无明显相关性;萌发种子的总干重、干物质含量与小麦抗早衰性有部分相关性,但不能准确区分抗早衰型和典型早衰型品种(系);种子贮藏物质转运率能较好区分不同抗早衰类型的小麦品种,可作为小麦种子萌发期抗早衰性的鉴定指标。

Abstract:The relationship between wheat anti premature senescence ability and indexes (bud length, coleoptile length, radicle length, seminal root number, root activity, seed storage material transporting rate, total fresh weight, total dry weight, root and shoot dry weight, and dry matter content of germinated seeds) among 33 wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) varieties were studied through a germination experiment. The results showed that 7 indexes, including shoot length, coleoptile length, radicle length, seminal root number, root activity, total fresh weight, and root and shoot dry weight of germinated seed, all had no significant correlation with wheat anti premature senescence ability. Besides, both total dry weight and dry matter content of germinated seed had partial correlation with wheat anti premature senescence ability, while they could not be used as identification indexes of the anti premature senescence at wheat seed germination stage appropriately, due to the anti premature senescence wheat varieties and typical premature senescence ones could not be accurately distinguished by total dry weight and the dry matter content of germinated seed. However, there is significant correlation between the seed storage material transporting rate and wheat anti premature senescence ability,so the seed storage material transporting rate might be used as preliminary identification index of the anti premature senescence at wheat seed germination stage.
