大花惠兰离体培养研究

摘    要:大花惠兰离体培养研究发现繁殖用最佳培养基配方为2MS+BA1.0116mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+琼脂7g/L,生根用最佳培养基配方为1/2MS+BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.7mg/L+糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L。

Abstract:The study on Cymbidium hyridus tissue culture indicated that macro-elements,plant hormone and soluble sugar in media had great effect on propagation and rooting. The results showed the optimal culture media were as follows: the propagation medium,2 MS BA 1.0116 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L agar 7 g/L and the rooting medium 1/2 MS BA 0.3 mg/L NAA 0.7 mg/L soluble sugar 30 g/L agar 7 g/L.
