云南膏桐优良单株果实性状分析

摘    要:以云南膏桐的优良单株果实为材料,对果实的8个性状进行分析研究.结果表明:果实各性状在优良单株间存在差异,表现出多样性和变异性;单果重与果实纵径、种子厚度,单粒种子重与种子厚度、单果重,含油率与种子厚度、单粒种子重均呈极显著的正相关;通过回归分析,建立含油率与单粒种子重、种子厚度、种子纵径和单果重的回归经验式,其间存在显著的相关关系,且均是影响含油率的重要因子.

Abstract:A study on eight different traits of Jatropha curcas fruit was carried out in Yunnan Province by sampling fruits produced by superior individuals. The following results were summarized from the study. There were differences in each trait among the individuals, indicating diversity and variation among the superior individuals. There were extremely significant positive correlations between single fruit weight and the length of the fruit; single fruit weight and the seed thickness; single seed weight and the seed thickness; the single seed weight and the single fruit weight; the fat content and the seed thickness; fat content and the single weed weight. The regressive empirical equations were set up for the fat content and single seed weight, seed thickness, the seed length and single fruit weight respectively by regression analyses. The single seed weight, seed thickness, seed length, single fruit weight were all significantly correlated to the fat content of the seed, indicating these indexes would affect the fat content in a certain way.
