摘    要: 对14个菌株生物学特性的研究表明,KM9803A菌株、KM9803F菌株、KM9803G菌株、Z1菌株、Z2菌株、H2菌株耐紫外线能力较强。KM9803A与KM9803C两菌株的生长速度最快;产孢量仍以出发菌株KM9803菌株最多。35℃孢子萌芽率最高为KM9803C菌株。出发菌株KM9803的孢子萌发率较大多数菌株低。初步研究了室外紫外线照射对孢子萌发率的影响,结果表明,KM9803A菌株和KM9803G菌株在室外紫外线照射下的孢子萌发率较高,说明耐紫外线能力较强。

Abstract:The results on the biological character of anti-uv-ray isolates reveals that KM9803A, KM9803F, KM9803G, Z1, Z2 and H2 had lower death by detecting the number of colony. The results about the affect of temperature on the growth and sporulation capacities of the isolates showed that the growth of KM9803A and KM9803C were the most fast in all the isolates; Conidia reproduction of isolate KM9803 was the most.The least was KM9803E. The less affect of temperature on the spore germination rate were the isolates KM9803B and KM9803D, The suitable temperature for hyphae growth and producing conidia was 25℃. The lowest rate was isolate H3, the highest was KM9803C, isolate KM9803 was the lower than most of the isolates at 35℃. On the aspect of conidiospore germination, the isolates KM9803A and KM9803G were the best ones against radiation of UV-light outdoors in the isolats.
