摘    要:以105份大白菜育种材料为试材,精选20对均匀分布于大白菜基因组、且只能检测出2个等位基因的共显性InDel标记引物进行分子标记检测,构建分子身份证。结果表明:20对引物中有16对引物在所有材料中均扩增出单一条带,另外各有2对引物在部分材料中存在缺失和加倍现象。将所有标记引物按其所处染色体编号由小(A01)到大(A10)排列,同一染色体上的标记则按照物理位置从小到大排列,按顺序对标记赋值,构建了105份大白菜材料的分子身份证。所筛选的20对引物对未知新种质的身份证构建具有通用性和兼容性,表明InDel标记技术可以作为大白菜鉴定和分子身份证构建的有效技术手段。

Abstract:Taking 105 Chinese cabbage Brassica campestris L. ssp. pekinensis (Lour) Olsson] breeding lines as test material,this paper screened out 20 pairs distributed evenly in Chinese cabbage genome,conducted molecular marker detection on the codominant InDel primers only produced 2 alleles,and built molecular identity cards.The results showed that 16 out of 20 pairs of primers produced single band,respectively. While,2 pairs of primers each from partial materials were found loss and duplicated.All primers were ordered according to chromosome number,starting from A01 to A10 and primers on the same chromosome were ordered according to their physical position from small to large.According to these order,values were assigned to tags and 105 molecular identity cards of Chinese cabbage material were built.The screened out 20 pairs of primers had universality and compatibility for the identity cards construction of the unknown new germplasm resources,indicating that InDel marker technology could be used as an effective means for Chinese cabbage identification and molecular ID construction.
