| Abstract: | The principle and characteristics of RAPD molecular marker were introduced. Its applications on germplasm genetic diversity analysis, phylogenetic relationship study and cultivars purity identification of turfgrass plant were reviewed. Its problems and prospect in the study of turfgrass plant were also explained. |
