| 摘 要： | 目的]建立贵州产五味子（GuizhouFructus Schizandrae）的紫外线组图谱,确定其归属。方法]将贵州五味子及南五味子（Fructus Schisandrea Sphenantherae）和北五味子（Fructus Schisandrea Chinensis）对照药材分别用石油醚、氯仿、甲醇和水为溶剂,进行超声波提取,提取物进行紫外光谱测定。结果]3种药材均具有很好的光谱特征,根据其紫外谱线组图谱可以鉴别南、北五味子,且贵州五味子的紫外谱线组图谱与南五味子对照药材更相近。结论]该研究中的五味子可能属南五味子属。

| Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to establish the UV spectra atlas of Guizhou Fructus Schizandrae,and confirm its genus.Method]The control samples of Guizhou Fructus Schizandrae,Fructus Schisandrea Chinensis and Fructus Schisandrea Sphenantherae,obtained were extracted by ultrasonic wave method with petroleum ether,chloroform,methyl alcohol and water as solvents respectively.And the extracts were determined by UV spectra.Result]The results showed that the UV spectra evidences of Fructus Schisandrea Chinensis and Fructus Schisandrea Sphenantherae had distinguished characteristics and could be used to exactly tell the difference between them.And the UV spectra atlas of Guizhou Fructus Schizandrae was similar to the reference of Fructus Schisandrea Sphenantherae.Conclusion]The Guizhou Fructus Schizandrae in this study can belong to Kadsura. |
