高山蔬菜物流技术研究

摘    要:目的]保证高山蔬菜品质,扩大高山蔬菜物流半径。方法]在非冷藏条件下,比较没有包装措施和采取简易包装措施(塑料膜+棉被+塑料膜)的高山蔬菜(甘蓝)物流过程中温湿度变化,同时测定海拔高度的变化。结果]由于没有采取包装措施,物流过程中货车内的温湿度随环境变化的幅度很大,影响了甘蓝品质。物流过程中采用简易包装措施的货车上部、下部的温度变化标准方差均较小;货车上部的湿度变化较大,下部变化较小。物流过程中采用简单包装措施的货车内温度变化并未随海拔高度(从1 780 m到80 m)的起伏而发生太大变化。结论]非冷藏条件下对高山蔬菜采取简单包装措施,在一定程度上可控制其物流过程中温湿度变化。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to ensure the quality of high mountain vegetables and enlarge the logistic diameter of high mountain vegetables.Method] Under non-refrigeration conditions,the changes of temperature and humidity in high mountain vegetable(cabbage) without packing and with simple packing(plastic film bedquilt plastic film) in the logistic process were compared.And the changes of elevation altitude were determined at the same time.Result] Due to no packing,the changing extent of temperature and humidity in trucks in the logistic process was greater,which affected the quality of cabbage.The standard deviation of temperature change in upper and downside of trucks with simple packing in the logistic process were all smaller.The humidity change in the topside of trucks was greater and that in the downside was smaller.The temperature change in the trucks with simple packing changed little in the logistic process with the changing of elevation altitude from 1 780 m to 80 m.Conclusion] Under non-refrigeration conditions,packing on high mountain vegetable simply could control the changes of temperature and humidity in its logistic process to some extent.
